Team registration is NOW OPEN for the 2018 Great American Smoke-off, which takes place Tuesday, May 1, from 10:30 am to 3 pm in Hangar 3D.
Twenty teams will compete to see who has the best brisket, chicken and ribs around. A Grand Champion will be named, and will receive a Hasty – Bake Legacy 131 Charcoal Grill. The Grand Reserve Champion will win a Hasty-Bake Portable 369 Charcoal Grill.
All team members are invited to attend the Smoke-off from 10:30 am to 3 pm, and lunch from Oklahoma Joe’s will be provided (Oklahoma Joe’s will also cater meals for midnight shift at 4 am and afternoon shift at 6 pm on May 1). Lunch and the competition/judging/awards will take place from 10:30 – 12:30 pm; dessert party from 1 pm – 3 pm. Some of our community partners will also be in attendance from 10:30 am – 3 pm with information tables set up, plus representatives from EBRGs, Employee Recognition, Jetnet and more.
