If you read through the Letter from Mark Nelson you will see that the field trip guidelines zeroed out in January of 2014. That obviously didn’t occur so each location was to determine how they were going to implement this piece.
TUL and TWU 514 have agreed to zero out the FT on the second Monday in January, 2015 (with the OT) and then align with the guidelines in 2017.
As mentioned, the guidelines are attached above, but as always I will attach it to the M&E Website and prefer that you send everyone there to retrieve.
