If you had a flexible spending account (FSA) for the 2013 plan year, you have until June 15, 2014 to submit documentation for eligible FSA expenses rendered from Jan. 1, 2013 through March 15, 2014. You must submit your completed claim forms along with all supporting documentation to WageWorks byJune 15.
