“True Up” Check

All,

The company informed the negotiation committee today in Las Vegas that the “True-up check”  associated with the interim pay increase will not be processed on December 20th as they had stated.

The company stated they have now realized they need more time..they did not give a new date.  They only stated they would have it before their obligation date of January 2nd 2017.
