Based on needs of service, team members in Tulsa will have the option to take off Christmas Eve and/or New Year’s Eve or adjust their shift for the holiday.
All team members will be required to submit requests through the Schedule Adjustment Request form (SAR) for both holidays.
You will be able to submit your request in the Schedule Adjustment Request Form starting Dec. 17th 2025.

Please Note:
- If you do not have a DAT/COMP balance, requests will be denied.
- VTO Requests will not be approved
- If you have SWAPS you cannot request to change shifts
- You must submit TWO separate requests for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Below is the approved process after we receive final approvals.
The Tulsa Workforce Administration will not start processing those requests until we receive final approval on 12/22.
