Your TWU-IAM TechOps Association Negotiating Committee met this week in Tulsa to continue the important work of preparing for the next round of negotiations. During the meeting, the committee continues to review and discuss contractual articles that the membership listed as a priority in all four CBAs. We are working closely with the subcommittees to ensure all work groups’ priorities will be addressed.
The committee remains committed to carefully evaluating each article and identifying opportunities to improve and strengthen the agreement. Every discussion and decision is guided by one goal: securing a leading contract that reflects the value, professionalism, and dedication of our members.
While there is still important work ahead, the committee continues to make steady progress on the tasks before them. Your continued support, engagement, and solidarity are critical to the success of this process and are greatly appreciated.
