This is what we know. We know that checks have been coming to members at an average amount of $160 dollars. We also know that there was only $350,000 to be given to all claimants.
What we do not know is how many people will receive any money from the lawsuit. The Transport Workers Union did not file this lawsuit nor are they in anyway connected to the lawsuit other than providing information to those who maybe involved. We have provided the lawyers names and address for those of you who may want to contact them with questions.
