Grievances – 258 open

This number is for the Grievances assigned to myself with 90% being in Hangar’s 5&6.  This number has been changing due to the movement of grievances from one officer to another to get more aligned with the areas they represent.

We continue to get with the Union Stewards and grievant to address the violations.  Most of the time we need to get the pertinent information that was never submitted with the original grievance.   With no evidence we must withdraw. Make sure you collect all the necessary information to help win your case.
