Voluntary Term Life Insurance: $100,00 guaranteed for members up to age 65,$30,000 guaranteed for spouse during this open enrollment.
Critical Illness Insurance: 1 increment Guaranteed Issued during this open enrollment.
Accident Insurance: Guaranteed Issue during this open enrollment.
Whole Life Insurance: $60,000 guaranteed for member, $30,000 guaranteed for spouse and $10,000 for children during this open enrollment.
