Admin Service Center available 7 days a week

Beginning Monday, April 9, Administrative Services will be available 7 days a week from 06:00 – 22:30. The department has been working for several months on building a schedule to provide the best team member support whenever it’s needed, and this is the next step towards that goal.

Specifically for Aircraft Overhaul and CRO union employees, Administrative Services is the first point of contact when requesting vacation, ad hoc vacation and/or bereavement leave.

Other business units will follow at a later date.

When requesting time card leave (TL) prior to employee’s start time, contact Administrative Services at 918-292-2698. When calling between 22:30 – 06:00, dial extension 2698, leave a voice mail message, and a representative will return your call.

All union employees will continue to contact Security, 918-292-3256, when requesting SICK and FML. Company email is the official form of communication between employees and Administrative Services. This is their email address:
