The TechOps Association Negotiating Committee met in DFW during the week of October 26, 2026. Throughout the meeting, the committee continued its comprehensive review and discussion of the article proposals submitted by the Facilities Maintenance and GSE subcommittee. Significant progress was made as the Committee worked methodically through the Collective Bargaining Agreement, addressing key issues and refining proposals that will help shape the direction moving forward.
Your negotiating committee remains committed to securing an agreement that reflects the priorities of the membership, delivers meaningful improvements, and establishes an industry-leading contract. The Committee will continue meeting on a regular basis to review proposals, develop bargaining strategies, and ensure they are fully prepared.
