Bids and Testing

We have found that many members that have put in for jobs do not realize that they need to schedule a test with Training.

The QAM States:

01.04.1 Scope of Testing

01.04.2.3 Scheduling

A) When Talent Services (TS) notifies an employee of the acceptance of his RFT, or when an employee accepts his RFP, the employee is responsible for promptly contacting the Training department to schedule any required tests or to demonstrate any required qualifications. Once contacted by the employee, the Training department is responsible for promptly scheduling and expediting the completion of all parts of the test or demonstration of qualifications. The Training
department will use Qualifying Test Schedule Notice (Form E-180) or its equivalent written notice for scheduling. Failure of an employee to contact the Training department within seven (7) calendar days of acceptance of an RFP or notification of an RFT constitutes a test failure, and the employee loses all rights to the position.

You must call training:
Ray Richardson at 292-3601
Ken Calvert at 292-3142
Chris Vosberg at 292-1539
And get your test scheduled.
