Daron Morgan:

  • Continue working the grievance office
  • Continue working current and pre JCBA grievances

We have had some grievances filed that were out of time limits, that we will have to withdrawn.  When filing a grievance, please be aware of the time limits and procedures as outlined in Article 33 of the JCBA

We met within the CRO Leadership on Tuesday Feb 27th.  The good news is that the Wiring Shop is going to be adding a 2nd shift and increasing their headcount by 10 or so. We were told that this increase is driven by the increase in Engine Volume from AAERO.   The Air Quality test performed in the AO Mill came back well within specs.  We also discussed 8 grievances, and were unable to reach a settlement on them, so I will be preparing them for them for the  April GRB

I’d like to give yet another shout out to our TWU Facilities Maintenance members.   We had a situation yesterday, and needed some immediate assistance from them, and they delivered as always!  They are a great asset for all of our Tulsa Members, and we need to join in the fight and keep them here.

Be respectful to all of your coworkers!  Everyone has something going on, but everyone deals with situations differently.  Before you judge anyone, look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are perfect!

Our next Union Membership Meeting will be 0n Thursday March 28th, 2024.  Thank You to everyone that showed up for the February Meetings.   The more involvement we have, the stronger we will become.  Remember, silence is Compliance
