Chairman of Facilities Maintenance:

Our Facilities Management had crew chief meetings a week ago this past Wednesday, during that meeting they passed out a paper quoting article 7 in the current CBA and included their interpretation of that article that is NOT contractual nor was it reviewed by anyone representing the Twu beforehand, I have brought this to the attention of other E Board members and president Dale Danker on ways to address this issue.

I will be attending the facilities maintenance quarterly review in Dallas Tuesday and will meet with the association on Monday the day before.

I will keep you posted on the outcome on these issues and more as they become available.

As always feel free to contact me
