Presidents Report
All,
I, along with the newly elected officers continue to sort the challenges of starting a new board. Marla Johnson and I have been working on several calendar events to establish coverage for the grievance office, staff meetings, officer calls, base walks, Union grievance meetings, company grievance meetings, GRB reviews/meetings, Directors meetings, Comm’s meetings as well as meetings with Local 567 and Local 591. Communication is always a challenge and trying to be on the same page with issues and solutions are very important to me. I’m hopeful our Union office will be finished in the coming weeks and we can all have an office to work out of. Those issues aside there are many challenges coming from the company’s side. The E-board officers are out on the floor along with many Union Reps to assist you.
Please reach out to them, but as always I’m available 24/7 at 918-636-6089.

Take care
Dale
ASAP Training
Brad Brugger held a training session on ASAP with the newly elected officers on Tuesday. He had many sessions on base. Hopefully you were able to attend one of them.
Grievances
Dale and I have been getting ready for the GRB coming up at the end of the month. We have many to go through but are trying to get them knocked out. You may be receiving calls from Union Reps to get more information on grievances you have filed. We appreciate you working with us to get these resolved.
Crew Chief
I know the duties and responsibility of a crew chief are very demanding and at times overwhelming. If any Crew Chief would like help with their duties. I am always available and willing to help.

2022 Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp
The 2022 Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp was a fabulous success. There are so many people in so many different ways that help make camp so successful. We want to thank each and everyone of you. Camp is 5 days long with enough stuff happening to last double that. We want to thank everyone that works to make this happen and unforgettable for all our campers and counselors that get to come to camp. Here is a little glimpse of what our camp does for a week every August.
