We are working feverishly to correct the issue and restore the correct monthly deduction amount of $19.66.
We are also having discussions with the ATD Payroll Dept to correct the deduction amount for any future premium payments. We expect the remitted premium deduction money to arrive at USI Affinity no later than the first week in March so we can refund any necessary premiums to the members within one week of its arrival.
We will continue to service the members and assist them with their inquiries concerning the above.
