All,I’d like to take a moment and say congratulations. Labor day is a Federal holiday to recognize the importance of the work you accomplish.
It has been an honor serving as your Local 514 President and continues to be.
Working with your elected Officers to keep our working environment safe, dignified and maintaining a living wage is a never ending task. Thank you for trusting us.
I’d also like to say that the other 364 days of the year we as a collective group will need to continue to negotiate and fight to uphold our contractual rights.
