Letter mailed – Seniority Integration information

As the Seniority Integration will only happen this one time, we now have the opportunity to protest any incorrect placements that you may have found.

This protest policy has been detailed within the Neutral Javits Decision which can be read HERE.

I have sent each member of Local 514 this information through the US Postal service. This will serve me in 2 ways:

  1. I will be assured that you have all the details on how to protest.
  2. It should let us know if we have your current mailing address on file.
    • As we near a contract proposal, it becomes very important that we have your current mailing address. Our wish is to have the language in your hand before you vote on it. You can verify you current mailing address HERE
