Work Brain?

We have been hearing that there have been several issues with the new workbrain, please contact Staff Admin just down the hall from the Pass office or Phone# 918-292-2698. Please let them know of any inaccuracies that you find so that you are not monetarily harmed. If your issue does not get resolve, contact your Steward and see if we need to move forward with a united front on your issue.

Shift Swap and Work Brain

When working a double shift on a shift swap, you are scheduled to work 15.5 hours. If you choose to work one shift and take a vacation day on the other shift you will be coded 8 hours vacation and 7.5 hours worked.

This is a system wide issue. I am filing a grievance but the outcome is unknown.

If you choose to take a vacation day in conjunction with a shift on a swap I would recommend you only work 7.5 hours until this is resolved.
