This week in DC during negotiations the company dropped a proposal on the table that included all remaining articles.

Words can not describe my disappointment.

The negotiating committee worked Thursday to review their proposal line by line, and we will continue to do the same thing Monday back in DC. They did provide an overview sheet. What they offered after 1.5 years of negotiating and multiple town halls where they make claims of treating their employees better was a joke. But nobody’s laughing. It’s obvious once again they care about their almighty bottom line and not you. You have sacrificed for years to keep their airplanes in the sky…..THEY DO NOT GIVE A D$%N!!!!

I do believe what they proposed would have been their initial opening positions in 2015. I guess they think it’s funny that they’ve kept us down with 5 holidays, less vacation and less benefits for another 1.5 years and honestly if this is their “hey let’s wrap this up proposal ” we will be negotiating for the unforeseeable future.

You are in a fight for a better contract. Show up to work follow all their rules to the letter and please understand this.
