Midnight Shift and the 4th of July Holiday schedule.

All midnight personnel working Sunday midnight will celebrate their July 4^th holiday on Sunday July 3^rd and return to work on their midnight shift July 4^th.
This is for employees on 5/8s, remember those on 4/10s the holidays do not move.
