Recently, everyone received a Proof of Claim Form from American Airlines. Many questions have
come up about this form like “Who should fill out the form? or How do you fill out the claim form?” We have received a response from our legal team. They told us that if you feel that you have a claim against American Airlines you should file a claim. Some examples of those claims could be: Stocks, grievances, workers compensation, medical claims, etc. Anything you may think American Airlines may owe you money for is a good way to know if you should make a claim. If you have lost the forms or need guidance on filling the forms out please go to the TWU Union Hall on Pine or the Grievance Office in the Palm building. They have claim forms -that have been highlighted for your convenience. The deadline for filing claims is July 16, 2012 at 5:00 PM.
