RE: Prefunding 29D Status
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
This update is to inform the membership that the arbitration regarding the status of the company’s matching contributions to the Prefunding Trust, which was initially scheduled for December 8 – 10, has been postponed. The postponement will enable TWU to secure additional factual information that may be of assistance in the Prefunding fight, and also to see if there are further developments in the 1114 process.

Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Here is the latest information we have on the Company matched pre- funding.
We have been advised that our attorneys will be presenting the Grievance on the company match. The case will be going forward DECEMBER 8, 2014 and will be heard at DFW. A written decision will be rendered 30 days after the close of the hearing, unless the parties mutually agree to extend the time line.
We will keep you updated on any information related to this hearing.
