All,
This is just a quick reminder to you that the security guards used by American Airlines on their property are always watching you and reporting back to management if they (the guard) thinks you are violating one of the AA rules. Some of these include smoking in your vehicle past the entry point onto the base. Also they actually took pictures with a phone to catch a guy with his eyes closed. They reported to management they found someone sleeping.
I am told that there is an area on base that is not considered the base, called the penguin, this is where Security Guards go to smoke. If you witness a guard smoking in an area, please let Myself or one of the Officers know, so that we can return the favor.
These guards are not making a lot of money and probably believe that finding a Union person doing something wrong will somehow advance their career. Maybe if they get 10 people in trouble they get a bullet like Barney Fife. You can’t make this kind of crap up folks.
So here’s the new game the company wants to play so let’s play.
If you see a guard enter into your work area yell out “guard on the floor” or something that will alert the others that you have a company snitch in your area.
