- Log in to view your benefits at the below website. https://twusponsoredbenefits.eb-gateway.com
- Enter the below username and password as prompted on the login page.
- MEMBER NUMBER: Member Number
PASSWORD: first_initial+last_initial+MMDD of Birthday (For example: ja0906)
- Passwords are always lowercase
Your Password can be changed through the Account Settings option.
- Personal Profile
Upon logging into the site, you will need to first complete all required fields.
Benefits Statement
Once in the site, you can access the Benefit Statement by clicking on the Benefit Statement tab from any page on the site. The Benefit Statement will show you:
• All Voluntary coverages you have elected
• Coverage amount for each product you have elected
• Premium amount deducted from your paycheck during each pay period
Documents & Forms
You can access general and specific documents, and forms regarding the voluntary plans and coverages by clicking on the Documents tab from any page on the site.
