True Up payment.. Final Step, From Jetnet with Payroll Service Center Phone Number.

As the final step in implementing the TWU-IAM interim pay agreement, a true-up payment is being made to eligible employees on Dec. 27, 2016. Employees may see “pending transactions” in your banking institutions as early as Dec. 23, but the funds will not be available for your use until Dec. 27. Eligible employees are those who:

  • Worked more hours Aug. 5 through Nov. 3 than was estimated in your lump sum payment earlier this year. You will receive a true-up payment to cover the rate difference for hours worked during this period that were paid at the old rate.
  • Returned from a leave of absence or moved to a higher paying position on or after Aug. 5 but before Nov. 4. You will receive a true-up payment to cover the difference in your old rate and new rate for hours worked from the date you returned to work through Nov. 3.

Each true-up check is different due to the individual hours worked with unique premiums. Some people may have progressed up the pay scale or were awarded a higher classification, and others were paid everything owed to them in the earlier lump sum. No two situations are the same.

For details on what was used to calculate your gross true-up payment, click the button below. Your gross-to-net pay will be viewable in ePays (legacy American) and Paperless Pay (legacy US Airways) no later than Dec. 27; that will include tax, 401(k) and other deductions to explain how you got from gross pay to net pay. If you have questions on gross-to-net pay, please call the Payroll Service Center at 1-800-447-2000 option 6. Payroll Service Center hours:

  • Saturday, Dec. 24:  8:00AM – Noon (MST)
  • Sunday, Dec. 25:  CLOSED
  • Monday Dec. 26:  9:00AM – 11:30AM (MST)
  • Starting Dec. 27 the PSC will return to normal hours: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM (MST)

Report an issue with your hours

True-up payments are based on the hours you have already been paid in your regular pay periods, Aug. 5 – Nov. 3. If for some reason you believe the hours in those pay periods (and consequently your true-up) are inaccurate, please double check your paystubs for Aug. 5 through Nov. 3 to see if the sum total of those hours matches those provided in your true-up pay detail. If not, click the button below and complete the survey by Jan. 12.

Report an issue with your rate

The rates used for the true-up payment should be the same ones you started receiving beginning Nov. 4. If one of your current pay rates (shift rate or license premium for LAA) did not change as a result of the interim agreement, it will not be shown here since it would not be considered in the true-up payment. If you believe those rates are inaccurate, click the button below and complete the survey by Jan. 12.
