The Northeastern Oklahoma Central Labor Council, and Transport Workers Union of America, Local 514 has endorsed Kathy Taylor for Mayor. We feel that she is the best candidate for Mayor who will help us keep American Airlines Maintenance Base open.
Kathy Taylor comes from a working-class family and learned the importance of a dollar at an early age. As mayor, she gave workers a voice at City Hall and always fights for Tulsa’s working families. During her first term as Mayor, she helped secure funds for improvements at the Tulsa Maintenance Base (protecting TWU families) and once again, we need her help.
Kathy is seeking another term as Mayor because Tulsans deserve an open and accountable government. She has a plan for police, jobs, and education – as mayor, she will work to make sure Tulsa’s streets are safe to drive on during the day and to walk on at night, that we have strong schools, and that we have a vibrant economy that supports existing businesses and attracts new ones.
Already, police officers, fire fighters, educators and other Tulsa workers have endorsed Kathy Taylor for mayor. It’s time for proven, accountable leadership at City Hall.
On Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tulsans have the opportunity to vote early at the Tulsa County Election Board, which is located at 555 North Denver Ave. Because every vote is crucial, voting early is strongly encouraged.
