Time & Attendance:

We are getting phone calls about some workers being called into Time & Attendance. The company has told our Locals system wide, they will be calling in workers to council as they did pre Covid. The company continued to track any sick calls or time away throughout Covid, but did not discipline due to Covid restrictions system wide.

They are NOT disciplining on anything from mid April and back due to Covid, but it will show the days tracked that were used. If you are asked to sign anything on discipline before April 2021, please contact the union ASAP and hold. Anything past April that is excessive to the company, they will council/discipline IF needed.

Remember you should/can take a Steward with you, if you are called into a meeting. This is your choice and our Stewards are very helpful but cannot help you in a meeting if you do not ask them to attend.

SK Time:

There will be no sick day this month (June) or the month of October (ART. 24) The sick day  will show up every month but those two and the time will post when you have the 80 hours needed. No specific date.
