This week Marla and I, along with TWU Local 567 President Rollie Reaves, attended Negotiation and Difficult Conversations Training in Boston Massachusetts at the Harvard Law School Campus. Next week I fly to DC for meetings at the International offices with the new Air Division Director Andre Sutton.

The Hanger 1 , 2, & 3 Grievance Review for this week was canceled .  I have numerous grievances to discuss with the acting Director.  He assured me we will meet next week .  Please watch the OT reports for 1 , 2, & 3 , I have had several members report that they have been bypassed due to OT being proffered in the wrong areas or to the incorrect members .

Continue to work grievances Pre and Post Contract.  Walking the floor,  working the Grievance Office, and helping where we can on questions related to the contract, Vacation Bids, Shift preference, Sick Points,and Hgr 80 integration into HGR 5/6

 

Working Community Service projects for our Local 514.   Operation Bikes for Kids we will be delivering 24 bikes to the Owasso HS Football fields Wed Dec. 14th.  We will have a few radio spots on 106.1 the Twister with Natalie Cash and Channel 2 News will be there when we deliver the bikes.  Time to promote Labor in our Community
