Throughout March, members of the Tulsa Police Department’s Mingo Valley Traffic Unit will focus on speed enforcement and hazardous moving violations on the Broken Arrow Expressway and Mingo Valley Expressway.
Citations for speeding will range from $150 to $500 and could result in 10 days in jail. TPD reports that no warnings will be issued for violations in these areas.
TPD is urging drivers to be alert in these areas, to avoid texting while driving and to wear their seatbelts.
