If your manager or supervisor has advised you to view your award, please read the instructions below.
After you log into the system, the deadline for accepting or declining your Award appears. You may access the site and make changes as often as you want during the time period indicated.
The ACCEPT/DECLINE AWARD will be available during the following window:
- OPEN:
- Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at 10:00 AM CT
- CLOSE:
- Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 10:00 AM CT
The information on the ‘Award Acceptance Form’ includes:
- Employee Profile Information
- Your selection, Option A, B or C as it appeared on your option sheet
- Your Award
- If you have selected Option A or B you will have a printable Confirmation Page
- The choices you made, if you selected Option C
It may be necessary to scroll down to view all of the Information on the form.
To Accept or Decline Your Award:
- Move to the section of the page which displays your Award
- Click on the white circle which corresponds to your choice, Accept or Decline
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page
If you accept your Award the confirmation banner will appear at the top of the page. The banner confirms the date and time you accepted the Award. You can use the print function on your browser’s tool bar to print a copy of the page for your records.
If you decline the Award you will receive a pop-up with the following important information:
- You have selected to decline your Award. You will receive Layoff with Recall rights.
- I have read and understand the information above and choose to decline the Award.
You must select Yes or No to continue. If you select Yes, a confirmation banner appears at the top of the page confirming the date and time you declined the Award. You can use the print function on your browser’s tool bar to print a copy of the page for your records. Once the Accept/Decline window closes, you will no longer be able to print your conformation page.
