Viewing all your American Airlines workplace retirement accounts just got easier. You can now view your estimated American Airlines pension on Fidelity NetBenefits®. Simply log on to your NetBenefits account and find your estimated pension next to your 401(k) balance. Navigate easily to your pension service provider by clicking on the pension title on the homepage.
Your pension will also be available to include in the Planning & Guidance Center on NetBenefits. You can find it in the Salary & Other Income section under Income Sources when you input your planning assumptions.
Note: The Plan was frozen effective November 1, 2012. No additional benefits will be accrued on or after that date. Your estimate will reflect your accrued benefit as of October 31, 2012.
Pay Day:
Your pay period will change.
July 10, 2020 will be the last payday using the “Current” methodology.
Your next scheduled payday will be on the 31st of July. It will be using the “Pay in Arrears” methodology.
With exception:
July 17th, 2020

- First paycheck on your new pay date alignment schedule
- Prior period true-up (actual hours worked June 27–July 10, less recovered base pay from July 10 paycheck)
- Actual hours worked July 11–12, if applicable
- Includes up to two of the following, if elected, based on eligibility: a one-time payroll advance or payouts of your comp, vacation or sick banks (paid at regular pay rate, including premiums.)
- Workweek Saturday through Friday, plus July 11–12
If you made the selection on Jetnet to make your pay uninterrupted. You have until July 5th to make your selection. You will need to do this in your AA email as it is a Docusign and must be completed by YOU.
So, Your payday after the 10th of July, 2020 will start falling on:
July 17th 2020
July 31st 2020
August 14th 2020
August 28th 2020
Etc… Every 2 weeks.
