Recently, we had a run on the question “What about those claim forms”.
Local 514’s D’Ann Johnson and John Hewitt met with the Union Lawyers to see how and what to do with the Claim forms that were sent to every employee that works at American Airlines.
In this meeting, it was suggested they file a claim on behalf of Local 514 Transport Workers Union. (Link to claim)
That claim form was completed by D’Ann Johnson and sent overnight to the appropriate specified address on the claim form.
This was just in case you missed the dead line or someone was missed. Remember we do not know if any or all claims will be paid. Currently, this is only a claim the court will decide if and how much of the claim will be granted.
