Pension kits
Members have to request the pension kit by Sept 15th for a commencement date of Oct 1st.
The kit is valid for 180 days, so they have 180 days (6 months) from the print date (bottom right hand corner) to return the kit. Of course the sooner they return the kit the sooner they will be paid.
Please note though that the pension will not be processed until they show “separated/retired” from the Company. So most of these will not be processed until after Oct 1st when they are retired.
Members are getting confused and think they have to return the kit by Sept 15th that is not true.
The pension call center will be open this Saturday, Aug. 15 to help get people assistance with pension questions.

How to return to work
The CDC outlines when employees in essential industries may return to work. Its guidance is based on whether you’ve been confirmed to have COVID-19 and whether you had symptoms.
Follow your physician’s guidance: If you’ve received specific instructions from your health care provider, the CDC or local public health authorities, you should follow their instructions regarding when it’s suitable to return to work.
-
- Please submit a note to the Absence and Return Center (ARC) from your health care provider stating that you are cleared to return to work.
We strongly encourage team members to seek guidance from a health care provider. If you’re not under the direct care of a provider and return to work guidance is not available from your local public health authorities, you should follow the instructions below before discontinuing self-isolation and returning to work:
